Shipping Policy

hCG Products Shipping Policy

We ship almost entirely via United Parcel Service (UPS). International orders are shipped primarily by USPS.

International customers are encouraged to place and order. We will provide an estimated shipping cost at the time of your order.

Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 hours.

However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible.

Delivery and Lead Time:

Since UPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping), the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time.

For example: A Next Day Air order, leaving our warehouse on a Friday for New York, will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time.

Ground Shipping:

Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends.

Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 4:30 pm MT. If an order is placed before 12 PM MT, the order may ship out that same day.

Express Shipping (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day):

These orders are given top priority. Express orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends.

Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 2:30 PM MT. If an express order is placed before 12 PM MT, it will usually ship out that same day.

Payment Confirmation

Once you complete the shopping and your bank account is verified, you'll be eligible to receive your hCG sublingual products for your charged orders.

We use Google Checkout to automatically initiate shopping and your pay out will be registered to "Quality of Life Global, Inc." to your account.

Also, keep in mind that Google Checkout doesn't initiate deposits on weekends or banking holidays.

For example, if you charge an order on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, your payout will be initiated on Monday.

If Monday is a banking holiday, your deposit will be initiated on Tuesday.

Refund Policy

When placing an order with our service it is very important you understand that once a supplement medication has been shipped, it cannot be returned for any reason.

If for some reason your order didn't arrive within the scheduled delivery time we will issue an immediate reshipment or refund depending on the given situation.

It is in this manner that we can keep the prices low and ensure a safe and fraud free environment for everyone involved.

If your order has not already been shipped and you wish to cancel you will be charged a $20.00 USD cancellation fee.

If the reason for the cancellation is due to a shortage or backorder of a supplement medication or a problem with hcgweightlossdiets.com we will not charge you any cancellation fees.
